Our Services

We provide professional services throughout your project, while maintaining safety and work practice standards. We can complete your project from start to finish including design, demolition, cabinet assembly and installation, and countertop, backsplash and appliance installations.

/
Planning

We conduct an on-site visit to discuss your kitchen needs. We measure the space and provide suggestions on cabinetry options, making sure they fit well with your selected appliances. We also assist with any electrical, lighting and plumbing modifications required for your kitchen design.
/
Design

We provide a final cabinetry layout using the IKEA online 3D software, along with a pdf file and a customized info package to help with Ikea’s ordering process.
/
Demolition
We remove your current cabinetry, backsplash and kitchen related debris. Whether you want to keep your old cabinets for storage, sell or donate them, we can facilitate the process. Otherwise we break them down and remove them for disposal.
/
Installation

We assemble and install your IKEA kitchen in just a few days, minimizing your downtime without a kitchen. Installation includes securing all cabinet frames, peninsulas, islands, doors, drawers, filler and cover panels, shelves, handles and deco strips.
/
Countertops
We provide quality and affordable countertop and backsplash options to meet your design specifications. We coordinate and schedule the countertop measurement appointment so there are no delays in getting the countertop installed.
/
Appliances
We install your over-the-range microwave, dishwasher connection, fridge water line connection, range, stovetop and wall oven so you can start using your kitchen right away.

IKEA's SEKTION cabinet system can be quite complex with all the precise alignment, leveling, and cover panels required, but John handled everything with incredible attention to detail. He made sure every single cabinet, drawer, and filler piece was perfectly square, plumb, and aligned.

Not only is his craftsmanship top-tier, but he was also punctual, efficient, and left the workspace clean every day. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my kitchen renovated in October 2025 by John at Dell Contracting and everything went wonderfully👍👍.

John helped me with everything from the planning of the design, ordering the materials, and providing contacts for other contractors such as counter tops and flooring.

John also arranged all the contractors to arrive when needed during the renovation.

The quote provided was accurate and the timeline was quicker than I had anticipated.

I would highly recommend John and Dell Contracting for his honesty, helpfulness and professionalism.

He handled our kitchen, closet, feature wall, and vent hood installation, and the results are absolutely stunning.

From the very beginning, John’s expertise in kitchen design really stood out. He took the time to understand our vision, preferences, and lifestyle, and translated that into a design that was not only beautiful but also highly functional.
